| I recommend Bob as a trainer
because of the comprehensive knowledge that I gained during my training with Bob. Bob
looks at physical fitness as a way of life versus a short-term project or goal. For years,
I was working out; I was not losing any weight or toning my muscles. After hiring Bob,
which has encompassed several years, my best friend George and I trained and successfully
completed our first marathon. Bob designed our marathon training program, including the
daily/weekly run schedule. The best part about training with Bob is that he is a living
example of what he does for a living. For example, Bob not only came to the marathon to
cheer us on and support us, he actually ran the last half of the race (13 plus miles) with
us to give us the support we needed to finish the race. No big deal you might think, but
he had not even trained to run with us! |
