What's a Training Session Like?

At the beginning of your first private exercise session and consultation, your trainer will discuss your fitness goals, such as:
  • body fat reduction and weight loss
  • cardiovascular conditioning
  • body shaping and toning
  • general muscular conditioning
  • cross training (strength and endurance)
  • low-back strengthening and pain prevention
