My Training Philosophy:

I believe training begins with education and prevention (of injuries, disease and overall health deterioration). Incorporating a basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition with training promotes responsibility and adherence to one's exercise program. I value staying up on the current research so as to fight a lot of the fitness "quackery" present in the field today, as well as to provide my clients with the best possible information whether they are beginning weight trainers or seasoned athletes.

I invite you to check out my credentials, read through the comments I have received from clients, and
contact me if you are interested in starting an exercise program or breathing new life into an existing one.
